Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your shipment
- Be available during pickup and delivery windows
- Inspect your belongings at delivery and note any damage
- Pay charges as agreed upon in your contract with Alpaca Moving Services Inc.
- File claims promptly if you discover loss or damage
Filing a Claim

Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery for interstate moves.Alpaca Moving Services Inc. will acknowledge your claim within 30 days and resolve it within 120 days.
